WMO/UKMO/BOM/MetService Aviation Meteorology Training Seminar 2022

The aim of this training course is to provide participants with training, guidance and practical examples of several key aspects of meteorology and forecasting for aviation. The sessions will focus on the topics of aviation hazards, including forecasting ceiling and visibility for Aerodrome Forecasts (TAF), forecasting icing for SIGMET, and understanding how to respond to a Volcanic Ash Advisory.
